We haven’t even reached the 20th anniversary of the release of Pokemon in Japan yet and the celebration has already started.
We will be able to download legendary Pokemon each month for most of the year. Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow are heading to the Nintendo 3DS eShop over the weekend. And now it appears we will be getting two new games.
Nintendo had already announced a Nintendo Direct focused on the Pokemon franchise for February 26th. Unfortunately, the cat looks to be out of the bag regarding their big announcements.
Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon have been leaked ahead of tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct thanks to trademark filings in Europe. We don’t know much aside from the titles and a pair of (gorgeous) logos, but speculation is already running rampant online.
The good news? We don’t have long to wait before they give us more details. The hype train is officially leaving the station! ALL ABOARD!
