Detectives and Whispers

Partially formed Whispers. These are glimmers that seem incomplete or ghost-like, found lurking in the Illuminary’s depths. Their backstory remains mysterious and open to discovery.
New Card Abilities
Boost
Boost is a new mechanic in Disney Lorcana that lets you add more ink to Whispers and activate their effects!
It works like this:
- Step 1: Pay the Boost Cost
- Step 2: Put the top card from your deck facedown under the Whisper (You can’t look at it!)
- Step 3: The Whisper gains its Boost ability.
Meaning, for example, you would pay 1 ink to put the top card of your deck underneath Robin Hood Ephemeral Archer. If there is a card under him when he quests, he deals 1 damage to up to 2 chosen characters.
